Each of Katie's clients receives a completely personalized fitness program, depending on their goals, preferences and history.  For post-rehab clients or clients with health-related special programming needs, Katie works with the client's health care practitioner to create a program that is both safe and effective, helping them to bridge the gap between rehab and real life.

Katie has a private studio at 622 NE

4th Street in Bend, OR.  The studio

is stocked with state-of-the-art,

commercial-grade fitness equipment.

 

She also provides in-home training to clients in the Bend area.  You don't

need anything to get started - Katie brings all the necessary equipment.
